Love this place!!! Food 10. Service 10. We had outdoor only reservations at 7. They called to let us know rain was in the forecast and they may have to cancel our reservation. We got there at 6 to try to have dinner at the bar instead. They then said they had a table free inside for a little over an hour and we could have it. And the food was so good. I had a salmon sweet thang salad and husband had the chicken franchese. No app because we needed to be quick but i have had theirs before and they are great!

We came here for drinks and it didn't disappoint! We sat at the bar and ordered an espresso martini... it was so good, we didn't want to try any other drink. We just kept ordering espresso martinis. Super friendly service and a chill ambiance.

Delicious local stop. The Shrimp Diavolo had so much flavor and the Cream of Onion soup was savored with each bite. My so had the cheesesteak sandwich and it was huge! We went at 7pm on a Sunday night and there were plenty of tables open. We'll be back.

Local on North in Duluth, Georgia, offers a delightful culinary experience that blends a welcoming ambiance with a menu that showcases a diverse array of flavors. On a today's visit, we had the pleasure of sampling a variety of dishes that left a lasting impression thanks to our waiter, Allen, and his expertise on each dish. **Appetizers:** We started our meal with three appetizers: Bang Bang Shrimp, Goat Cheese Croquettes, and Lollipop Lamb Chops. The Bang Bang Shrimp was perfectly crispy with a spicy yet balanced sauce that had just the right kick. The Goat Cheese Croquettes were a creamy delight, their richness complemented by a tangy tomato jam. The Lollipop Lamb Chops were a standout, cooked to tender perfection with a flavorful crust that highlighted the quality of the meat. **Entrees:** Moving on to the main courses, we sampled a range of dishes. The plain Double Burger was a classic, executed well with juicy patties and fresh toppings. The Shrimp Penne Diavolo offered a spicy and savory blend, with plump shrimp and al dente pasta in a robust tomato sauce. The Paella was a feast for the senses, brimming with seafood and a hint of saffron that evoked the essence of traditional Spanish cuisine. The 007 Smash Burger was an indulgent treat, with layers of flavors and textures that made every bite enjoyable. Finally, the Chicken Française was a delicate dish, featuring tender chicken in a lemony butter sauce that was both light and satisfying. **Desserts:** For dessert, we indulged in Chocolate Bread Pudding, Crème Brûlée, and two scoops of ice cream. The Chocolate Bread Pudding was rich and comforting, with a gooey center that chocolate lovers will adore. The Crème Brûlée had a perfectly caramelized sugar crust and a smooth, creamy custard underneath. The ice cream provided a refreshing and sweet finish to the meal, with classic flavors executed flawlessly. **Drinks:** To accompany our meal, we tried the Tumblefield IPA and the Orange Diva Citrus Ale. The Tumblefield IPA was a robust beer with hoppy notes that paired well with the rich appetizers. The Orange Diva Citrus Ale was a refreshing choice, with a light and fruity profile that complemented the seafood dishes particularly well. Overall, Local on North delivers an excellent dining experience with a menu that caters to a wide range of tastes. The quality of the ingredients, skillful preparation, and attentive service make it a must-visit spot in Duluth, Georgia. Whether you're in the mood for a comforting classic or an adventurous dish, this restaurant is sure to satisfy.

Came here to try out their burgers as we were on the hunt for a great burger in Duluth. They did not disappoint. The 007 smash burger was big, flavorful, and juicy. Their fries could use some help, they remind me of five guys fries (overdone and underdone at the same time). Their sauces are GREAT! You can tell they make them all in house. The fish tacos were crispy, pico was refreshing and not overpowering, the jalepeno cream takes it up a notch. Crème brûlée is a must here if you like a more bitter burnt crispy sugar top, it contrasts perfectly with the soft creamy sweet custard underneath. Our server was super nice as well, checked on us all the time and made sure our dining experience was as good as it could be!

**** Review 146 **** Stopped in for dinner with some work colleagues. The place is small, but we were seated right away. Service was slow, but the waitress was nice. The food was delicious, and a whole new take on the Paella. The Paella came with a giant piece of red snapper, lots of shrimp, mussels, and andouille sausage. The service could be a little better, but the food is delicious enough to at least try once. The 4/5 stars is for how good was, but 2/5 stars for service.

The bang bang shrimp was 5/5. The main courses were great despite a delay. K had the steak special, with mashed potatoes and cauliflower (which were crunchy and good). My chicken francaise and mashed potatoes was good too. I substituted the broccoli for brussel sprouts and they were some of the best I've had. The cheesecake was dense and came with strawberry compote, which helped, but we didn't finish it and didn't want the leftover. They had a military discount, which we appreciated. We didn't get our main course until we had been there for an hour, so maybe it took 45 min? We wondered if the server had to correct our order or something because she came back over to make sure she got it right. The location is nice, right beside Dreamland and we had a nice parking spot. The Opentable reservation was perfect. I thought the restaurant was going to be bigger. It's decent, just loud and not romantic, but good for a hangout....well, a $100 hangout.
